Dr. Pekşen was born in England in 1989. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Trabzon. He entered KTÜ Faculty of Medicine in 2008 and graduated as a doctor in 2014.He started his residency in Orthopedics and Traumatology at Ankara Atatürk Sanatory Education and Research Hospital in 2015. He continued his residency at KTÜ Faculty of Medicine, Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology between 2016-2020 and completed his specialization in 2020. He worked as an Orthopedics and Traumatology Specialist at Akdağmadeni State Hospital for 2 years in 2020. He has been working as an Orthopedics and Traumatology Specialist at Private Ünye Çakırtepe Hospital since July 2022. He is married and has 2 children.
